TikTok Influencer Reveals the Increase in Small Businesses for Sale

There is an influencer of tiktok @realcodiesanchez. She’s excellent.

In one of her most recent videos, she talks about the number of small businesses for sale in the USA and how many of them will simply shut down for want of a buyer. I think the stats were 11.2 million small businesses for sale and 1 in 12 will not sell.

Codie also posts about a Japanese company making crazy profits. There is no interest from his children or the market to take over his business and so he gave it away. For free!

Codie is making a point that becoming or owning a small business simply has little appeal. But there are actual rivers of gold and undervalued assets if you take the time to have a look and analyse these small business opportunities.

Much like I asked in 2018 – what happened to the Milkman and then hey presto this article appeared about the return of the Milkman. Many more articles have appeared after also.

Perhaps there are more ‘Milkmen’ in these ‘Small Businesses’ Codie talks about looking for a comeback.
