I have years of experience dealing with people in difficult situations looking for solutions. Every business depends on the goodwill of its principals, partners, employees, customers and suppliers.
A business dispute can be destructive in many ways, destroying custom, goodwill and attracting unfair or bad publicity. People in business disputes are distracted from management, creativity and motivation is often low or lost, risking failure of the business itself.
Mediation, facilitation and negotiation can be used to enable the continuation of business relationships during and after a dispute has been resolved to avoid and even repair any damage. A key feature of mediation is the parties decide the outcome of their dispute.
In some cases, litigation is simply not commercial to pursue. Mediation and negotiation can be completed quickly and is cost effective.
Debt negotiation and collection can be used to facilitate payment of debts owing to a business. Eddie Senatore Advisory provides this service on behalf of the original creditor only and not for debts that have been sold or assigned.
An alternative to the threat of proceedings, debt negotiation is an approach taken with customers with a view to maintaining relationships.
