Please be advised, I was appointed Voluntary Administrator of the company on 30 March 2021. Subsequently, on 13 May 2021 creditors resolved to place the Company into liquidation.
Action Taken
I have commenced securing the Company’s records and have contacted financial institutions to place a stop on any bank account registered in the name of the Company.
I have also taken out appropriate insurances.
I am now in the process of understanding the Company’s asset and liability position.
I have dispatched an initial notice to creditors by email.
