Introduction

Please be advised I was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 1 September 2021.

I have commenced securing the Company’s records and have contacted financial institutions to place a stop on any bank account registered in the name of the Company.

I have also taken out appropriate insurances.

I am now in the process of understanding the Company’s asset and liability position.

I will also shortly be distributing my initial circular to creditors.
