Introduction

Please be advised I was appointed Administrator of the Company on 9 September 2025 and subsequently appointed Liquidator on 14 October 2025, as approved at the meeting of creditors.

I have commenced securing the Company’s records and have contacted financial institutions to place a stop on any bank account registered in the name of the Company.

I have also taken out appropriate insurances.

I am now in the process of understanding the Company’s asset and liability position.

I will also shortly be distributing my initial circular to creditors.

As you are aware, the Company has now been placed into liquidation.

The business has been sold; however, this does not change our assessment that unsecured creditors will receive no distribution.

If you are owed amounts by the Company prior to 9 September 2025, you can access the VA Report dated 7 October and the Proof of Debt (Form 535) – see links below. Please complete the form to register your claim.
