Introduction

Please be advised I was appointed Liquidator of GUFC on 25 November 2025.

I have commenced securing GUFC’s records and have contacted financial institutions to place a stop on any bank account registered in the name of GUFC.

I have also taken out appropriate insurances.

I am now in the process of understanding GUFC’s asset and liability position.

I will also shortly be distributing my initial circular to creditors.
