Please be advised I was appointed Administrator of the Company on 31 August 2025.

I have commenced securing the Company’s records and have contacted financial institutions to place a stop on any bank account registered in the name of the Company.

I have also taken out appropriate insurances.

I am now in the process of understanding the Company’s asset and liability position.
